How do you stop being gullible in a relationship?

Personally i can be very gullible when it comes to someone I care about, she can tell me the president is outside and I'd believe it, id run out there to find that mf ha, how can someone stop being gullible in a relationship cause I know outside of a relationship I'm completely mistrustful which I also have to work on lol

Just be careful because someone can take advantage of that. People do and say things to gain trust then they become someone else just watch out for those types. Always set boundaries

They aren't off, it's just that they are blinded by your feelings. It seems like if you're in a relationship you start becoming selfless and spoil your girl. Try giving yourself time too, do things for yourself too. That way you can start feeling the instincts and know what to do at right time without following everything your girl wants.
