3 years to know if I love her, after that I'll start dating her, and not before.

Most people do it backwards, it should be friends, then best friends, then you date BECAUSE you fell in love.

Dating is a shitty way to get to know a person, it implies relationship interest in someone you don't even know, which is a huge red flag.
