Should you apologize if you stand in a persons way?

If you are standing in someone’s way (but you’re both in a crowded space with little room to move). I notice I apologize but others don't

I grab butts and then point at random people in a crowded situation. I move through a room like space ghost with a few extra wallets.

Remember... after you shoot someone in public, the best way to get away with it is to walk normally. Humans look for the guy running away. I've done crimes where I just stand there and say "He ran that way!"
