Should I tell my ex I am seeing someone else?

I broke up with him a month ago because he wasn’t communicative. We haven’t talk for a month since the breakup and he reached out recently to apologize and he now wants us to get back together. He has been apologizing and said he knows what he has done wrong and he’s willing to change. I also want to get back with him but I am scared that it won’t work. Besides that, I am currently seeing someone else. But I have stronger feelings for my ex. I’m so confused and I have no idea what to do about this. I want to be honest with him and tell him i need some time to think about whether I really wanna get back with him and I am currently seeing someone else. Is it a good idea to tell my ex I’m seeing someone else? If I tell him I am seeing someone else, will he start pulling away and stop putting efforts on getting back together?

The right choice is something you won't like but that's to leave both of them. It's not fair on either of them to be with them while also thinking yeah but I really want to be with the other guy.
You haven't done anything that's cheating yet but it's to the same effect, because if ya don't know which one you love and would never betray then your not exactly in love with either of them.

Alright you should tell the rebound and maybe end that shit before you return. Don't say shit when you eventually go back. I don't condone this, but you could manipulate the fuck out of his feelings otherwise.
