I’m 13 and in 9th grade and I really like a senior in one of my classes. She is really kind and funny. I have a month until school ends. What do I do?

She is 17 or 18. I will probably never see her after school gets out because she will be done with high school and I am changing schools. Do I hold off due to the age difference? Or do I ask for her contacts so we can stay friends (I’d be happy to be friends with her seeing as I have no friends)? If I did that, should I wait until I’m older and then take action? I know it’s stupid and impossible and wrong since she’s almost an adult but I can’t help my feelings. She has been super nice to me the whole year, we have a similar sense of humor and I get butterflies every time I see her. I don’t want to make her uncomfortable due to the age thing and I don’t want to put her into a stressful situation so I’m thinking I should just forget about it, but I’m not sure.

For the people in the responses, I set my age when signing up as the max (107) because I did not know the sign-up age limit. If you sign up as anything over 45 it just says 45+

If you're already friends, stay in touch and maybe your situations will be better in the futhre. If not, don't worry about it because you'll both move on elsewhere anyway. At both of y'all's age, basically every relationship is a mistake that you'll hopefully learn from for the future.

Lastly to answer this if it's a legitimate question, I will reference my relationship since my girlfriend is 5.5 years older than me. If you really like her ask if she'd like to stay connected with you after graduation. Do not make any romantic overtures until you're at least 21.
