Do you say things you regret when angry?

When you're angry do you say things you regret and don't truly mean but you say them because you want to hurt the other person in that moment?

No I don't because I don't let it get that heated if you listen because no matter what you're arguing about there's both going to be valid points but you have to listen to here what they are the louder you get the further away you get from solving the problem if you have to be right the further away you have in solving the problem it's called communication it's called respect and it's called if I did something wrong I apologize let's talk about it and let's get Beyond it you don't need to go that far that's not love that's called control somebody's controlling somebody else or trying to and it just doesn't work that way

It takes a lot to get me angry. I usually try to let things slide but when pushed past my breaking point, yeah I might say and do things that I'll regret later

I have before because I have quite rhe temper. It's hard to get me really upset but when I'm pushed I go scorched earth. I can get kind of nasty at that point.
