My partner keeps saying ’im not perfect’ every time I point out awful behavior on her part. What should I say to that?

How about addressing issues in a different manner? If you know for a fact she is flakey, ask her why exactly. Pointing out the obvious is not trying to problem solve, it’s simply being a complainer

You can say You understand that and you don’t expect her to be perfect. “But when you ____ , it makes me feel ____ because _____.” Wait for her response. If your tone is calm and understanding she should reciprocate that, and it’s an opening to having a constructive conversation.
