It's understandable that you would feel frustrated and unsure about what to do if your boyfriend is constantly thinking about his ex. It's important to communicate openly and honestly with your boyfriend about how his behavior is affecting you and your relationship.
You could start by expressing your concerns and asking him to explain why he is still thinking about his ex. It's possible that he may be struggling to let go of the past, or that he may be feeling insecure about the current relationship.
It's important to listen to his perspective and to try to understand where he's coming from, but it's also important to set boundaries and communicate your own needs and expectations for the relationship. If you feel that his behavior is unacceptable or that he is not willing to work on the relationship, it may be necessary to consider ending the relationship.
Ultimately, it's up to you to decide what is best for your own well-being and to make choices that align with your values and priorities. It's important to prioritize self-care and to seek support from trusted friends, family members, or a therapist if you need help navigating this difficult situation.
You leave. You’re second best. Why would you want to be second? Trust me if this other squirrel came around asking him for help he’s going to jump in a heartbeat. It may cause issues. He’s always going to compare you to her. You’re not her, you’re you. You need to let it go, his heart is w her not you. Especially if she dumped him or cheated on him. That means he wasn’t ready to leave her, she left him while taking his heart w her. You have to be honest. That he needs to straighten all this out if there’s ever going to be a chance of you two have a successful relationship. You tell him it’s not fair to you, that you’ve given yourself to him but part of him or maybe all of him is w her.
So he is thinking about his ex all the time…and it’s making you feel bad, right? Why would you want to be with someone who is making you feel insecure and unwanted?
I think you already know the answer to your question.
