Depends on the reason they ghosted you I suppose. Things can change years later. Perhaps the reason he or she did that was justified. Maybe now they have their stuff together and ready to date. I assume that is what you are referring to.

It boils down simply to whether or not you want to interact with that person. If you do, the answer is yes. If not, then no.
