My ex boyfriend scares me? Has he become an INCEl?

My ex and I were together for two years. We broke up a month ago. Before me he was single for 10 years and his last relationship she cheated on him. He blamed himself for that.

I was trying to work it out with him this past month but yesterday it took a turn. While he was at work I read his notebook. In his notebook he talked about being aggressive and not paying on the first date. Make the woman pay. He also said “ some women will need you to hit them. “ “ women like to be treated poorly “ “When she cry’s is just a manipulation tactic “ “ give them All pet names”

He also said “ have causal conversations with them for two weeks. No sex and after the third week demand money from them. Make the do things they don’t want to do. Like cook and show up late”

Apparently his in a group now of other men who share the same opinion. I was so shocked I left before he came back.

I’m saying this here because I’m don’t know what to do. I have cut off contact with him. But my ex has never said or displayed any of this behavior before. It’s all alarming.
