I don't know about women, but I just tested out Bing's AI chat and when I first asked it a philosophical question inspired by @bean2k21, it started writing two paragraphs and then deleted it and said this:

So I think what happened there is the AI felt too dumb to answer it and avoided looking dumb in front of me, so it asked for itself another chance to avoid sounding dumb. But no, I asked it the same question, this time it had to answer, and revealed how ignorant it is.
