Is it taboo to go to strip clubs for a bachelorette party?

Seems stupid af and weird tradition. “Last day of freedom” is so disrespectful. I an’t never doing that. My partner and I been dating for 5 years and I mentioned if he would go to one and he said yes. 🤨

I was best man at my best friend's wedding... many years ago. We went to a strip club for his bachelor party. They are still married, 20+ years.

He did the same for my bachelor party. Different strip club. I was married for 20 years before an amicable divorce.

My suggestion... let him get it out of his system. It's a rite of passage for guys... totally harmless.

I can't answer your actual question about longevity , but as an ex ( part owner ) of a strip club , I can quite honestly tell you that in general those hens nights are absolute mayhem , the women honestly are far worse behaved than general male bucks nights.

These women , some of it , you just wouldn't believe. Its partly the inability to consume such volume of alcohol , I'll just say , if you are a guy dont agree to it , if you are a male dancer be extremely careful and remember regulation , stay straight.

I don't think the strip club is about a "last day of freedom." I think it's to get the bachelor and bachelorette hyped up for the wedding event/night/honeymoon.

It's sexy and risque' and it's fun. It might not be YOUR idea of fun, but most folks think it's silly and fairly innocent. And it's about cutting up with your homies who you actually might not see again as you all go your separate ways in work, relationships, parenting and living in far-flung places.

If you don't want to do it, just have a regular party at your or someone else's house and tell whoever's throwing it, no male strippers. Not your style.

Is not something I would do either. Honestly if my friends planned such thing for me without telling me in advance I would be pissed off at them. I'd rather go on a trip with my friends for a bachelorette party than a strip club. You will never see me in a strip club.

I went to one with strippers. I called my husband to pick me up early. Some of the women were getting carried away, it was honestly sad and pathetic to see a 40 year old married woman touching a younger man like that.
