Things to do to make my wife's birthday special?

Her birthday is coming next week , and I am confused what to do.

Google didn't kind of help since most of the suggestions like cook her favorite dish, a romantic dinner or give her a kiss etc are something we do daily or weekly and we go on weekend vacation almost every month.

Also most gifts suggested were given earlier (Didn't wait for birthday for gifts LOL)

I sincerely apologize if it felt like I am self praising/boasting here... but I am genuinely confused on what to do differently and make the day memorable and I highly appreciate any ideas/suggestions.

make up some coupons for her, like get some 3x5 colored index cards and write stuff on them, like good for one massage, one foot rub, one load of laundry lol make it fun or naughty or a mix of both. then nice bouquet of flowers and her out to dinner

Hey , thanks again... did most of them and it was a really wonderful day
(To my surprise.. she said it would be better if I am the one giving her the massage and foot rub LOL.. and that was our favorite part of the day!)

My once forgot her birthday (Not on purpose) , and I won't have been sad if she was mad at me , but the poor girl just ignored and moved on like everything is normal and never said a work until I suddenly remembered it 2 days later.

To compensate for it, the 3rd day, I decorated the house and made a cake for her before she woke up... she was so happy for the kind gesture...

Then we went for lunch, then to a mall and a movie and then to a candlelight dinner !
