Dude, if he's that controlling then leave. That's toxic verging on abusive. Bad behavior on your part doesn't excuse behavior on his part.

(And if he physically tries to prevent you from leaving the house you can always call the police/a domestic abuse hotline to get help depending on the extent and context of your situation. If you pursue this, attempt to do so without him knowing because it makes the process easier/safer if outside intervention becomes necessary.)

Break up. Not only is there no salvaging it at this point, there's no reason to.

He's holding you prisoner if you're not allowed to go out. He's hypocritical by not letting you gave friends of the opposite sex when he does.
