Rejected for the 2nd time, it's time to throw in the towel and walk away forever right?

I tried to fix my past mistakes with my ex girlfriend. Took her for granted and didn't realize what I had till it was too late. By the time I was willing to move forward, she wasn't interested anymore. She had already checked out emotionally.

6 months ago was my first attempt... rejected. Then we were on speaking terms again and it seemed like she was willing to try again. Last week was my 2nd attempt, declined again.

I've tried all I could. I tried to amend it all and work on being the one she always wanted. It failed. If she doesn't want me, I can't do anything else. So it's time to now throw in the towel right and walk away forever right?

I'm giving up by now. If she declined me twice, then I'm assuming she doesn't love me anymore. She has checked out a long while back and isn't in love with me anymore.
