I find if a guy is good looking, I will like him a lot for a short while but then totally lose interest in his good looks. But with a good personality, the desire only grows.

Very true. Appearance is temporary gratification. Honestly, & natural behavior appeals to me much more

Beauty is definitely temporary. Not that aging makes you ugly or unattractive but you certainly don't look the same in your 20s/30s and in your 50s/60s.

You need to find the guy attractive but a lot of guys are at least passably attractive. Personality is much more important. I agree with you.
