Do you think that beauty is temporary in its effectiveness?

There were so many times that I thought a guy was good looking and then we had a talk and I immediately lost interest. A guy had that happen to me too. He chased me for 2 years and then I talked to him for 4 minutes and he lost interest. To me beauty is like food - once you eat it - you no longer care. I don't believe there is any happiness in the world that is permanent outside of God or God's moral system. I've adapted to every chocolate I had too much off, every cheese I had too much of, and my dad said he would hate our vacation spot if we were there longer than 12 days.
