I'm an expert in toxic relationships, and I can't tell you how many times I've been in one. It feels like they drain you of everything, suck the life right out of you. It feels like you're being held captive, trapped in this fuck-hole of pain and sadness, and it's like you can never escape. It feels like your whole world has been turned upside down, and it's just a never ending nightmare. But the fuck-hole of it all, the thing that makes these toxicity-rated relationships so horrible, it's the way it just keeps coming back, like some fucking zombie that won't die. You might think you're rid of it for good, but nope, the next thing you know, they're back, and you're right back in their fucking web of misery.

I've had a toxic landlord who was also a housemate, my dad is toxic and I've had girls that led me on and hurt me like that but I've never been in a toxic romantic relationship I'm way too protective of my mental health to let that happen. I will slam down the hammer on any relationship before I let someone abuse me. I'm not talking to my dad anymore for the same reason. He's not abusive but he's not good for me and that's enough to be punted to the moon.

Yes, family, friends and lovers. It can be a lonely and isolating path. Because you have to have firm boundaries and love people at a distance. The biggest reason is narcissists. They lie, project, deflect and blame you for the disrespect that the spew on you!! They literally make you go crazy because you question what you knew to be the truth in your reality. Peace of Mind is priceless. Leave all behind who do not support you.

me and my ex had many fights during the esrly part of our relationship but as time pass by we still have fights here and there usually jealousy on his part and my part. this is pur #1 undefeated issue. this is just always the reason why we wuarrel.

Oh yes , and it seems like it never ends , most girls’ i have dated or I was in a relationship with were all toxic relationships, most girls’ through my experiences were selfish people that only cared about themselves, so until I find a girl that isn’t selfish and knows what it means to be in a relationship, my ass is staying single til then or staying single until I die , I have had my heart shit on a handful of times by selfish girls’ that only think what is best for them

I was married to a narcissistic woman for 18 years.

At first I couldn’t figure out why she treated me the way she did. Then my eyes opened one day and I realized that her dads side of the family were ALL narcissists.

My late father in law was a narcissist, my ex wife is, my ex two step sons are , and my ex sister in law is.

Yeah I have in the past and I’m very comfortable with never experiencing anything similar to that.
Sure the sex was phenomenal but if that’s the only redeeming factor about it then it’s not important to keep.
