Would you expose someone online who makes up things about their lives, makes alt accounts to praise them or to act as their lover for the sake of external validation/ego-fulfillment? They may not be harming anyone, but they might and could get more deceitful in the future.

Nope. Just stay away from them… almost everyone lies online. Honesty is hard to come by these days. You would be wasting your time exposing them.
