What might the FBI do to you if you absconded with nuclear weapons information of the highest possible classification level, refuse to return it, lie about returning it, tell others to lie about returning it, doctor some security footage, and move it around to make it harder to find?

They would probably have no choice but to take me in and try to beat a confession into me, but I won't tell! I would be making demands, like good demands, like for example, I will promise to return one or two if the government gets more environmentalist and helps clean up the planet, and then I will promise to return more, if they promise to bring more peace into the world instead of wanting to cause foreign conflict with everyone.

Prison. The rules are pretty clear. I'm appalled at how lax a number of top officials have been with top secret information. People can die, wars can be lost based on that.

No doubt I would be sent to solitary in DC prison without adequate food or medical care, with abusive Nigerian prison guards who are told I’m a white supremacist. But, if my last name was Biden I could demand 10% for the big guy, get myself $500k/year from the covid paycheck program for an “art” business that consists of me blowing paint on a canvas through a straw, do cocaine without consequence, traffic women without consequence, pay “rent” of $500,000 to my dad to launder money, get appointed to a foreign oil company board with no experience, and have my dad threaten the foreign government with withholding of foreign aid if they don’t fire a prosecutor who was after me.

If the law were enforced with equal strictness, there would be far fewer complaints. Let’s stop pretending that elites (DNC or GOP, clear them out!) in this country don’t get away with murder. Third world stuff.

We'll there are strong rumors that SEAL and SAS teams hunted down Russian nuclear scientists after the dissolution of the USSR, and killed them. The idea was to keep disaffected scientist from selling their knowhow to non-state actors and other countries.
