If he is attracted to her and likes being around her then yes he can eventually want more with her , Most guys only invest his time into a girl he really likes and wants to be with that he enjoys being with, A guy isn’t going to invest a lot of his time into a girl that he doesn’t care for and isn’t attracted to that he isn’t interested in. Girls do the same shit to guys as well , A girl more than likely isn’t going to invest a lot of her time into a guy she doesn’t like period , she definitely has a connection with him that she is drawn to. Why people shouldn’t really have opposite sex friends when they are in a committed relationship , we can easily assume someone just wants to be our friend but to truly know their intentions is a shot in the dark , usually your partner can sense if another guy or girl wants more with you then just friendship that you realize , it’s always best to choose your partner when it comes to opposite sex friends , even if you disagree with your partner and think they are being crazy , they are usually right. So the truth is , if you want your relationship to survive and for love to grow between you both , you are best to prioritize your partner over everyone else , whether you agree or disagree with their decision. Most people do not know what respect means in a relationship , you can’t expect
Your partner to do for you , if you can’t do for them period , when you live with that mindset that makes you a selfish person , that only cares about yourself, always wear your partners shoes before making decisions, understand you can’t always be right and your partner is wrong , never be a convenience to someone that can not make
You their top priority period or you will just be wasting your time holding on to someone that truly doesn’t value you that will trade
You in the second they don’t get their way , if you can’t sacrifice for your partner they will not sacrifice for you

Yeah, if a change is drastic enough, it may cause a guy to re-assess her.

Almost like a 2nd chance at a new first impression.

During this re-assessment, a guy’s feelings may change about a girl.

I speak from experience as one time a girl broke out of the friend zone this way.
