Why do people feel uncomfortable around me?

I‘m not ugly, loud, I don’t talk a lot about myself. I don’t smell or dress weird but people who are very open to new acquaintances never try to talk to me and seem closed off when I approach them even if it’s only about work related questions to the point where they make up excuses to leave early. Have you ever experienced something like this? What could be the reasons people would feel uncomfortable around me?

Nah you're good than don't overthink it's just that most of us we don't make big conversation at working place only work talks.

But they do. They are like a big family and do a lot of stuff together outside of work
