This is my 140th time of accusing him of cheating. What can I do to stop it. I can't HELP IT AND I DONT WANT A DIVORCE!!!

If it's come to the point where you think it could lead to divorce, I think you both should seek counselling.

Obviously, you don't trust him and whether it was him or some other guy that screwed you over, you need someone who knows what they are talking about in these situations. If he's been faithful and done nothing to bring this on, then you have some deeper issues that you have to confront. Your husband can't be the poor guy your taking it out on, if he's done nothing wrong.

Don't do it if he doesn't give you a reason to doubt him. 140 times without proof and he is still with you. That is a keeper. Realize the value in him as a partner and shut out that little voice that's within you calling him a cheater.

Best thing to to is silently collecting evidences and pure facts, if you have such feeling. You can't just trust your feelings alone, you need facts and evidences. But that doesn't mean that if you have some slight feeling, you need to immediately hire a private detective and spy on your husband. You're overthinking too much.
