Why did my partner Google "How do I break up with my partner"?

I was on my partner's tablet, not snooping as he often let's me use it, and when I was googling something that started with "How" his previous searches came up with "How do I break up with my partner". Would a guy Google this because they actually want to break up? We're happy and he gives me no indication that he doesn't want to be with me, so I'm trying to understand the why so I know whether it's worth confronting him.

Are you talking about when you type in the search bar and it suggests things to finish your sentence? Because those are not previous searches from him, they are suggestions based on community searches.

I don't know, but its not a guy thing, I can tell you that much.

I don't even understand why anyone would get into a relationship with a person they don't want in the first place. So that situation would never happen with me. If I had a girlfriend/wife, I'd want to keep her.
