how many songs do you know about people struggling, working hard on their 9-5, then becoming successful in their field of work?
I think there are more expressive words that can be used to describe love and loving someone and feelings of emptiness. Just a thought.

Great point! There are a lot more love songs than songs about waiting in traffic to go to a boring job to work for a boss you don’t like. That’s super common and easy to come by. 😂

Agree. Love is not easy at all. I feel like I take two steps forward with my boyfriend just to get knocked back ten steps. It's like we make a lot of progress and then regress. He's not a romantic and I am which is annoying at times and makes our relationship hard.

For writing a song or a poem, this is not the absolute condition it to be tough or easy it doesn't matter. Songs are a means of expression. Expression of our feelings thoughts. There are songs on birthdays, Christmas, Prayers, or simply in praise of nation. Are these difficult or complicated things?

It really depends on the kind of love we find ourselves experiencing in our lives. If it's a tough complicated love that hurts there's the sad love song or angry love song. If instead it's fun and easy without stress there's the romantic joyful love song.
