Find someone? It hasn’t been hard for me.




Finding the right girl? That was a challenge.


I’m a hopeless romantic that has been with 6 women (long term relationships) before finally finding my current girlfriend who is also a hopeless romantic.


A hopeless romantic x hopeless romantic pairing. It’s very hard to pull off and I thank God that we found each other.


We’re not so hopeless anymore since we found the love we’ve been hoping for in each other.

Thank you! Yeah, I think I am a hopeless romantic too so I tend to just like one person for a really long time like I have been back and forth with this one guy but seems like he only likes me sexually and doesn’t care about my feelings. But dating also scares me because just meeting someone random I don’t know and talking to them seems strange/risky. I’d rather already know the person first. I’m glad you found someone who is a hopeless romantic too-romantics are hard to find

Hmm, that’s unfortunate that you’re experience unrequited love.

But hey, you don’t have to be meeting complete strangers. It can also be acquaintances that you meet through activities that you’re doing.

@laurieluvsit below wrote an article on meeting people through volunteer groups and I think that’s a brilliant approach.

Right off the bat, you’d be meeting people who care about more than just themselves, if they’re volunteering for a good cause.

I myself used to do a lot of regular volunteer work (e. g. handing out food and supplies at a homeless shelter).

That’s an interesting idea but I’ve done volunteer work before and I was the only one who wasn’t there for community service lol so it wasn’t because they wanted to be there. But I think the idea is good to try to help others and find love in that way
