The guy I am seeing has told me that he doesn't want a girlfriend but his behaviour confuses me.

We see each other 2 / 3 times a week and he always greets me with a cuddle & kiss. He will do things like bring me ny favourite ice cream or dinner. He will cuddle me the entire night and will give me kisses on the neck, cheek etc while we sleep, holds my hand etc and is quite affectionate. I get an early morning good bye kiss as he goes to work. We also message each other pretty much every day. He stays over and we don't always have sex so it's clearly not just a booty call. To be clear this is all initiated by him.

He acts like you would in a relationship but has clearly said that he will sleep with others from time to time. Not to bothered if we are in a relationship or not but just confused as to where I stand and what he actually wants in this situationship.
