How to overcome insecurities?

My boyfriend has a beautiful colleague who is very close to him. They go to the pub together and shop together. My boyfriend doesn't have those intentions but I still feel.. he may find her more beautiful than me. He is spending more time with her than me. (we are in LDR by the way). What do I do? They click pics soo close that her boobs are touching him. I told him that it's hurting me but You don't need to change anything. My boyfriend didn't change anything even though I told him that it was hurting me. I asked him not to send those pictures at least, but he says he doesn't like hiding and continues sending them again.

What do I do? How should I overcome these securities?

So sorry I had 3 ldr that went like this and it's not insecurities it's you knowing there is danger and your not there to stop it!

All this relationship can do is end he clearly cares less about your feelings or he would not go drinking with her!

If he cheats you will never know cause the only way is for him to tell you and guys are good at secrets.

You either accept he will sleep around and might be with this girl and you can do the same. Which no women wants.

Or he listens and since he won't listen this will be so toxic and drain you until it ends!
