I was one of those people.
There’s no real simple explanation for what I did, but a few of the reasons were insecurity and loneliness. I haven’t been single-single in 3 years until these past few months (4) and I found it hard to do everything by myself. Like, emotionally support myself, run errands, etc. It was nicer to have a man for all that. :S
So after I stopped seeing someone, I started seeing someone else. At this point in my life I’m comfortable with myself and I’m not really looking for a person, or a fallback.
The difference is men shouldn’t have a fallback person. Only women. Men can ask for everything and receive it from 1 woman, but women will ask for the minimum from 5 men and never receive it. Men are meant to be used, period.
