What would you do when you are hanging out with a friend, he drops something and while he is bending down you notice a diaper sticking out between his pants and sweater?

I would find it funny but try to keep a straight face

I would try not to laugh but tell my other friends about it afterwards

I had to wear them recently when I passed blood out 4x after my surgery to checkup on my cancer. It was really uncomfortable to wear
