How would you react if you learned that your roommate has to wear diapers because of a bladder problem?

I'll be studying at the university in a few days what means too that I'm going to live with some roommates (3girls) that I don't know yet. My problem is that I have a severe overactive bladder because of a birth defect in my bladder nerves, so I can't always reach the bathroom on time.. gross, I know :/
To avoid public embarrassment, I have to wear diapers 24h/24. It's very difficult for me to cope with that on the psychological side, and I'm in panic at the idea that my roommates could discover my condition.. so honest answers please : if your roommate confessed to you about such a medical situation, how would you react?

You would be supportive and understanding

You would openly laugh at her

You would pretend not to be bothered, but in reality you would find it weird/disgusting/ridiculous

To be very honest like I am all the time on here.. and in real life.. it would not bother me at all as I would never judge no one, in fact this has happened a few times when I have had a room mate.. one time a girl that moved in with me.. it was not that we were dating or anything like that.. but just because we were good friends and she needed a place.. so I just tried to help her out was all anyways even tho I knew her for a while.. not once did she ever tell me she wore diapers and also rubber pants.. she kept that hidden from me.. maybe she thought I would look at her different or something.. and one night while sitting watching the television.. she got up to go get something and she dropped something out of her pocket.. well when she bent down to pick it up.. I seen both her diaper and the pair of rubber pants she was wearing.. well I too at the time wore them

Because 7 months earlier I had been in a very bad fall and I never told her about them either because she was out of town when this fall took place.. and then one day she moved back to where I lived and she used too.. but when I did see she had diapers on.. I said we need to talk.. and I told her all about my secret and she told me all about hers... hers was a similar fall to mine.. once we had that discussion out in the open we became even better friends and did go on a few outings such as coffee's, movies, and even some concerts.. we even got so close that we even wore just them around the house.. it was great for the both of us.. we to this day are still great friends.. and she has her own house now on the other side of the city.. I at times will still take her out and at times we have hugged and kissed and cuddled but neither one of us have ever went further then that.. she is just a great and sweet friend.. wearing diapers does not mean it is the end of your world.

You're my roommate. Everyone has to deal with some gross crap in their life and that just happens to be yours. Its gross, but so are plenty of other things. That doesn't mean people won't understand

If someone just straight out told me they wear diapers I would find it a little weird, but if they explained the situation (like yours) I will completely understand and carry on.
