You've got to take the responsibility for making a mistake, especially if you would like to be treated with respect down the road. For those that are upwardly motivated, taking responsibility for your actions is one of the keys to being given more responsibility.

Most definitely.. Even if I don't think they're entirely right, I still feel bad for my actions and try to change for the better..
