When I have asked my boyfriend if he is fine with me hanging out he said “he didn’t have an opinion” and then when I asked him if he really doesn’t he said he really likes me a lot and then he said: “are you going to entertain them” and then I said that: “me and him are just friends” and he said “many relationships start like that & then I said I’ll tell him no about to hangout did I make the right choice or nah? And also Is this jealousy or obbsession or territorial?

Trust issues are learned, he has to learn to trust people again (my best guess). sounds like he can't articulate what bothers him basically. Up to you if you want to work through it with him. If you can solve problems early on, then you are better off in your relationship long-term. But it's not your job to deal with it, that's your choice

It sounds like your boyfriend was trusting you until you asked him a second time if it was okay. I think that raised suspicions within him that made him think you were trying to get permission to do something wrong.
