I think it's very important to know a person's sexual history. If I knew the guy was/is a player, then they are more than likely to have sex with a new person and leave you for them.

If it's a woman and she was/is a slut and she likes being one, chances are you have a cheater on your hands.

It's like this. If you are out looking for a new dog you should ask the previous owner if the 🐕 dog bites people and they admit the dog has bitten a few people, would you want that as your new dog. I think most people would want a tame, cool dog, not one that bites people in their past.

I never asked a partner for details about her past and none ever asked mine. I go by how they behave in the present, how well they treat me, and how well we get along. Loyalty, honesty and trust are paramount.

I wouldn't put up with cheating. And if I knew she had cheated in the past, I might not make her my partner because that's not just sexual enthusiasm, it's a character flaw. Cheaters are liars and no better than thieves.

Slut is an imprecise term, what exactly do you mean? Was she unfaithful to her previous partner? Just once or many times? With one person or several? Did she just flirt, wear sexy clothes, talk suggestive in public?

If she was unfaithful, I would have to consider it and make a judgment call. There is some truth to the saying if they'll cheat with you, they'll cheat on you.
