Girls, when you cheated on your man, was it because of lust or emotional needs?

I cheated on my ex and it started bcs we were growing apart (we had to do LDR after I moved) and I didn’t feel like he was willing to work on the relationship anymore. A guy came in being super nice and caring to me, he listened to my rants, was supportive of me, he knew that I was having problems with my ex and offered solutions and a listening ear. I felt heard, it was nice to have someone to talk to. Eventually I ended up sleeping with him. So I guess I cheated bcs I was feeling unfulfilled emotionally in the relationship, but at the same time I took full responsibility of what I did. I decided to tell my ex and we kept dating up until years later when the LDR just became too much for us.
