Well people are going to continue to cheat because there isn’t anything people can do about it but leave.

Those choices we are allowed to make. Stealing, physical abuse, killing... all those things are forbidden by law. Does it mean those crimes don't happen? Those who want to be thieves, who want to hit their partner or kid, will do this.

At least cheating doesn't put your life in danger.

It is still disrespectful it actually does put your health at risk because leads to sleeping around and giving someone else an std.

I guess it means just to leave because there isn’t a punishment to get them to stop cheating. People cheat because they can.

I simply don't believe it would change anything. And putting more people in jail means more money invested there, money from your taxes, which could go for schools or new roads... no, it wouldn't work.

It is in some places, and it doesn’t exactly stop cheating, or being gay, or lots of other things. My practical concern is where will you put everyone? And what about child support while those people aren’t working, wallowing away in prison thinking about why they cheated…?

You can’t kill them for cheating because you’re risking your life in prison I guess it is better to just leave them.
