Why would two married coworkers be so obviously cheating with each other on their spouses at work?

And not trying to hide it, sneak away, always stare at each other and act like a couple in front of everyone else almost like they are trying to show off? Why would they not at least try to be subtle about it when everyone knows theyre married and not trying to end their marriage (one of them is building a house with his wife, the other recently had children). Given their situation they have very much to lose but they still want everyone to know they are fucking. Why would they do that? Am I just prude?

When he has something exciting to tell, for instance the progress with his house he is building with his wife, he makes an effort to call her on the phone in front of others. They flirt and look for reasons to spend time at work together alone etc.

Management is way to busy and not involved enough to notice or care, other coworkers however have a closer relationship to them and know them outside of work.

Our company really doesn’t care as long as they get their shit done on time and both of them have been there for over 10 years. In our country it is harder to fire someone who has been working there for so long and company culture encourages amicable relationships between coworkers but not to that extent lol
