Should I expose my coworker for cheating on my other coworker?

We all work together as teachers. A coworker told me that our male coworker visited her room, kissed her, and grabbed her ass. He has a girlfriend/baby mama who works with us. Should I tell his girlfriend? She seems really invested in him. They have a kid and have been together for years.

She told me last month and I’m not sure if he stopped. Aside from this, I found out he visited other teacher’s rooms and flirted with them.

That's a tough call. On one hand, his girlfriend probably deserves to know the truth so she's not wasting her time with some cheater. What he did to your other coworker wasn't right at all.

But there's also the workplace politics to consider. Exposing him could cause real drama and tension at your job. You wanna walk careful here so it doesn't backfire on you or the girl he messed with somehow.

I'd say talk to your other coworker first and make sure she's okay with you telling the girlfriend. Then have her come clean with the girlfriend too so it looks like less "he said she said" high school drama. Get the full story straight first.

If she's not comfortable doing that, you may have to just let the relationship run its course on its own. As much as the girlfriend deserves better, your job is important too. Maybe just keep an eye out to make sure he doesn't harass anyone else there. Tricky stuff, good luck with whatever you decide!

No. Based on experience, you will get in trouble as well for exposing the truth of them cheating, which will definetly hurt your workenviroment or might get you fired when that coworker goes to HR with lies.

I would advise to stay out of it before it will backfire on you. Yes cheating is wrong, but getting yourself involved in someone's business as well.

It is but you don’t know the whole story of it. For one from what your friend says it makes it sound unwanted. So she should be the one to address it w HR. Even if he is cheating she’s just as guilty.
