Raising teens and this is a problem... disconnected from reality. they are on devices all day, all the time, it's their world. When there is a spare moment... there is no spare moment... they are back on the device. They always have to be busy... on a device... and thus they aren't thinking or interacting in the real world.
I see this with some adults as well.
Are there rules you follow in raising kids, yourself, or your relationships to have time to:
* Think
* Communicate
* Engage in the physical world?
