I've met plenty of people online and had some amazing conversations and experiences with them with the security of anonymity. I have never taken these friendships into real life and wouldn't recommend it

Yeah the anonymity is great. Although there are some people I’ve met that I’ve removed that shield and it’s worked out great. I’m debating doing it here with someone now and I don't know how to feel about it

You should do whatever feels right for you. I wouldn't think gag is a particularly unsafe place. I believe most people are hear to be open and honest

Don't like dating apps as much cuz I really only look for friendship or be an open book to someone online
G@G isn't unsafe but it is littered with crazy like most forums

I feel like the crazy is much more evident here because you can ask whatever you want and people really say whatever they want (more often than anywhere else I’ve seen anyway) haha
