Is 5.5 hours too long to drive to see a girl for a weekend?

For staying a weekend, she should ideally be close enough to drive straight to after work on a Friday, which 5 hours is really pushing it. Being on a 4-day work schedule would help negate that though.

Yes that is to far in my opinion. I used to drive 3 to 3 1/2 hrs one way to see a guy. That was to far.
