I have this feeling of inadequacy in almost every aspect of life, for example i feel like im not good enough at work or university, im not pretty enough, im not a good girlfriend, etc and i hate feeling this way, any advice to overcome this? 😿
Although I think I hide it well because most of the time people don't notice it.
