If she says it's over, then why she says we can drink and hangout this weekend?

My current ex says it's over between us. We didn't end it on a bad note. Just different values between when we should take it to the next level. She's stuck with her decision and I want to compromise. So she ended it. This Monday, she asked her help changing her tire. Which I did cause I didn't want her to be stranded with her children. We got it on yesterday. She said she needs a drink after the events of today. I said me too and lets meet up and drink at her place after I get off work.

So when I got off, I told her I'm on the way. She said, "Change of plans. I'm door dashing". I said okay maybe another time when you're free. drive safe. So ten minutes later, she said you can come by. I'm doing one more delivery. Which I did. I had a change of clothes and asked if I can clean off and change. she said it's not going to be those nights. 20 minutes top. I said okay, that's fine. She said, "we can drink and chill this weekend if you like?" I said yes that's fine. Cause we had a long day.

We been in no contact in three weeks and now we're talking like nothing happened. Is she coming around being interested again?
