Does she really want to hang out?

This girl likes me, she even told me she likes me but every time I ask her to chill, she always either forgets about the plans or flops.

Last time I was on the phone with her, she said she didn't want to chill because she is having a bad hair day... like wtf? and she even said she didn't have plans for that night.

She always laughs and seems like she's having a good time when we spend time together with our friends (we have the same friends).. Why does she make it so difficult for her to chill alone with her when she likes me? shouldn't she WANT to hang out if she's into me?

What does "forgets about the plans or flops" mean? If she's standing you up, then definitely move on. If she's just uptight when the two of you are together alone, then she could actually like you and feel uncomfortable not knowing how to act without the other people around as a buffer. Another possibility is the opposite extreme - she's so comfortable around you that she's telling you too much - like complaining about her hair. What guy wants to hear a girl's hair complaints?

I say go ahead and ask her just as you are asking us - why is she so much more at ease when people besides the two of you are around. Hopefully she'll give you an honest answer and one you want to hear. Good luck!

She likes you as a person not enough to hang out with alone. Truthfully I don't know her reason but she doesn't want to hurt your feelings so that's why she's not being direct. Her excuses and her behavior would indicate that your not boyfriend material, she sees no point hanging out with you alone. You share the same friends so she doesn't want any kind of tension within the group, only thing enjoy her company when you are all hanging out as a group.

this happened to me but with a guy. I thought everything was going great and he just stopped talking to me for no reason :/ its possible her phone died since you guys were texting back and forth so much so maybe try texting him tomorrow asking what's up. if she doesn't respond or try talking to you then she's not interested, move on.

Im not a fan of texting, nor of talking a lot after you already made plans. At the start of a relationship there is too much "ifyness" on the girls part so I'd rather make a plan and meet

Her phone may have been dead or lost. God knows. I hardly answer my phone because it's either dead or lost or in the car, my friends leave me voice mails about it ^^;; , so it does happen. I would wait another day or two before jumping to conclusions.

All I know if if I really like a guy, I'd want to hang with him any chance I get. Maybe she only likes you as a friend and is uncomfortable with anything more than that.
