I was sleeping at my bf’s place and wokeup with my clothes disheveled?

My boyfriend asked me to come over and stay at his place for the night. I went over and everything was chill we watched a movie we had dinner. It was all cozy and chill. We went to sleep cause I had to get up early for work. I had a very weird deep sleep and i wokeup at like 3 am with my clothes disheveled my pants were pulled down and my underwear and my shirt was on my but my arm was not in one sleeve the shirt was just around my neck. I wokeup so confused as to what happened especially because i am a light sleeper there is no way he took my clothes off without me waking up but i wokeup in a weird state. He was sleeping and I didn’t confront him and I don't know how to confront him especially because I don't know what actually happened?
