Some of the true crime fans have to be absolute experts at murder, crime scene clean up, and hiding bodies by now. At what point do we as their partners start running? 🤔😅

I love true crime , but part of what I love is that I could never think of that stuff.
In Australia , we had very crocked cops at the highest level in the 80s , right up to the police commissioner , and the overriding PM in NSW , Rex ( buckets ) Jackson , this stuff and all the murders is fascinating to me , because I lived though it and had no idea. I love the Australian mini series " Blue Murder " and the life of Roger Rogerson , recently deceased.
Its fascinating stuff , nothing to worry about , we learn what happened.
And if anyone has not watched it , find the original " Blue Murder " - Australia
Roger Rogerson - Wow , he ran the state of NSW , policing wise , and set up , killed , and everything else in-between.
The UK one is nothing to do with the Australian series.
When you see till receipts for gaffer tape, plastic sheeting and a new spade, yeah could be. Or quicklime etc
As a true crime fan, I'm an expert in everything that gets you caught. I know exactly what not to do. Doesn't mean I know what to do though. I always say that I think I could get away with murder, but that's with the caveat that I would never commit a murder unless there was absolutely no conceivable way possible that it could ever be traced back to me, and getting those circumstances to be true is just about impossible, there's so much luck and coincidence involved.
So, uh, you're probably alright. But just to be safe, don't piss off your true crime fan partner, and don't take long walks into the middle of the woods alone, telling no one but you pissed off true crime fan partner.
I love true crime but it's low key is scary some of the things I've learned from watching those show. It might be a red flag 😂

Not really. It depends. Sometimes I wonder if sone people have the fantasy of killing their partner though.
Real news scares me as well, if not more. At least it's not dragged out like those type of shows. They get to the point quicker haha. But I understand, a lot of people love suspense and so do I but I feel the news is sadder and scarier. I don't know, I just do, or maybe JUST as scary.
It's just good TV is all. That being said... If they start to buy questionable items that seem random but in reality could actually reproduce a crime scene you may have seen or heard about, it might be time to think about moving out of the country for a bit 🤷
Not a problem for me
I also sometimes watch them so we would have additional topics for discussion, lol...
As a psychology major, I have a living interest in such shows... as long as they are more facts than fiction, lol
Not entirely. But I would definitely be watching her closely with the amount she consumes. My guess is she is studying to commit the perfect crime.
she'll love my blades collection...
@Apple1996 which kind are your favorite?
How else can you figure out how to kill them without getting caught?
They're simply intriguing, interesting & entertaining.
My husband & I "binge watch" some of them together.
It could be depending on your partner's mentality.
Are you for real? 🤣🤣
No one is going to kill you or hurt you miss @wolfcat87 unless you don't have that bag of pop corn ready when the show begins haha
No the show is just fascinating for a lot of people
No, harmless hobby and pretty informative too!
We're very handy to have around when you need to dispose of a body.
My ex and I loved true crime, and we're both alive to tell
We both are into true crime. Neither of us are homicidal.
As long as it doesn't change their behavior by making them more paranoid or something lol.
Also if they sympathize with the perpetrator often that might raise red flags for me. i might question their past...
That's my girlfriend lol I just accepted it. I take comfort in the fact that her mom loves me so she wouldn't kill me and risk her mom finding out lol
I used to watch it, it's interesting.
Oh I hope not. I love true crime with a passion
Lol no, but those things are like porn for women. Literally every woman I know watches them.
I’m not sure, but I can’t stand those shows they’re very depressing and I can’t stand the way they talk the announcers
People really be pulling red flags over the most pathetic things nowadays😑😑 come back to me when he's actually buried you, then we'll discuss his red flags.
No. I love them shows. Constantly shows humans aren't 💩
Maybe sleep with one eye open.
Like that they’re plotting to kill you?
It's not a red flag for me
No, they just have that interest in solving things
No they are just better then some tv shows.
