What are the implications for society of women choosing not to have children until they're over 30?

The risk of chromosomal abnormality increases with maternal age. The chance of having a child affected by Down syndrome increases from about 1 in 1,250 for a woman who conceives at age 25, to about 1 in 100 for a woman who conceives at age 40.
Younger mothers have far more energy and stamina. Older mothers are far less likely to get up in the middle of the night to change diapers and care for a crying baby.
Not much besides that there could be issues with the child and its development, and it is harder to conceive.
They might not have the energy needed to keep up with them and, if they choose to have 5 or 6, they'll be changing diapers and chasing babies well into their 40's. they'll also stand a better chance of dying before the kids are adults and they might not live long enough to see they're grandchildren, especially if the kids choose to follow mom's suit and not have kids `til THEY'RE in their 30's!
The biggest implications are 1) the people who are choosing not to have children today will find themselves living in a society that will not be able to take care of them when they grow old, and 2) they will also find their country doesn't have the resources to defend itself from the bad actors in the world.
