Why do so many people choose to be in an interracial relationship?

I don’t think it’s something people pointedly do or even pay attention to. There’s so much diversity all around, even if in certain states or areas there’s majority of one race, you will still see others. Interracial dating is very normal, not a specific “choice”.

People often like something different, and they're curious about another race. Nothing wrong with it to me unless that person is severely worshipping that other race on a pedestal as superior beings.

Now my question: why not ever try being in an interracial relationship?

Because it makes no sense to limit yourself. I mean, cultural issues are one thing (and hardly an insurmountable one), but that has nothing to do with skin color.

I am a black women and black men have shown me complete hatred. I have even had a black guy say to me once that a black woman hit on him and he was disgusted. And black men sometimes give me attitude or disgusting looks out in public. So yea, lol I guess that's why for me.

Because people do not look at skin colour, ethnic background as a thing that prevents a relationship. It really does not matter if you are in an interracial relationship or not, who really cares about this type of thing.
