The reason he says that in my opinion is because the majority of women have ridiculous expectations. If there are 100 men, only 2 of them being very good quality, out of 100 women, 60 + of them will think they can get those 2 men. They don't understand math at all or reality so what ends up happening is they repeatedly get used by those 2 men.
Women frequently do the OPPOSITE of what they say/claim they want. The majority of women are average (4, 5, and 6) but that same majority THINK they are 8, 9, or 10 because most women are delusional and have no idea of their actual quality/value. If a woman has even 1 desirable quality, they think that means they should get a man with 8 + good qualities.
Women don't need to accept a cheater, they need to accept a partner equal to or near their own quality, which is much LOWER than most women think. And most women will get upset when they are told the truth of how little they actually bring to a relationship and how low quality many of them are. If they are told they are unfit, or have an unacceptable past, bad morals, lazy, weak, have huge college debt, etc. they get upset when told the truth.
I think you women shouldn't accept a guy cheating. If you agree he can sleep around... that's another story, but if he's using deception to get around you... that's shit.
I wouldn't want that done to me. That feels like evil. That takes manipulation, lies, and all sorts of evil shit... that isn't any good.

That's not exactly what he is saying. He's saying that the men that most women want and that lots of women pursue exclusively - the ones that WOMEN would consider a "high value man" because of his looks and success, are exactly the men who almost universally cheat in their relationships. That's part of the package when you seek such men, and if you pursue those "high value men", you need to accept from the start that it's probable that he's going to be banging other women.
The thing about HVM is that for all the same reasons YOU want him, thousands of other women also want him, and LOTS of those women will happily give him casual sex just to spend a few hours around him. And virtually no man can resist that level of temptation indefinitely.
What he's REALLY trying to do is to get women to understand that chasing the shallow aspects of a man will come at a price, and if you aren't willing to pay that price, then you need to make different choices. You aren't going to ever have it all - that doesn't exist - so if you are smart, you will figure out what REALLY matters to you, and you will sacrifice OTHER THINGS to get that. But if you pursue HVM, you need to understand what comes with that package, and you need to accept that you aren't ever going to be able to change that.
I really think Myron Gaines reps some of the worst of the "manosphere". At least Andrew Tate promotes monogamy even though he has the view that realistically high-value men will cheat anyway.
The thing all these bachelor men are missing from my perspective is a deep concept of family and doing what's best for children. That's where monogamy starts to make the most sense. If we intend to take care of women and any children that result from sexual encounters, then we have to stop and start focusing on protecting and providing for our families and can't just continue to sleep around indefinitely.
Honestly, I understand the logic behind his thinking. He's saying that as women's standards for men go up, there will be fewer and fewer men in the dating market deemed suitable. So, basically if they're going to endorse standards like the bimbos he has on his show (Must make 500k a year, Be 6'5 and have modelesque good looks) they will have accept that such men won't commit to just them. It makes sense but the women he argues with tend to be too Low IQ to grasp it. They seem honestly mystified that a man like that, with virtually unlimited options wouldn't commit to just them. Its like me expecting Taylor Swift to give up her fame/career to be my stay at home wife. Its pure delusion.
