What do u do when your partner asks who every guy friend in ur phone is and goes through your text message or even accused u of lying before knowing the full truth. Would you tell them that u think they are being possessive or is it not a big deal?

Girl, I'd be kinda weirded out if a dude was constantly checking my phone and wanting to know about all my guy friends. That's giving me possessive vibes for sure.

A few girls I knew these guys they've dated pulled that kinda stuff before and it always ended up with them getting super controlling. Trying to isolate you from your friends is like rule #1 of a toxic relationship sis.

I'd probably tell him straight up that you're not down with him going through your private messages and interrogating you about random dudes. Set that boundary now before it gets worse.

Does he not trust you or something? You gave him no reason not to as far as you said. That insecurity is his problem, not yours.

Maybe have a chat and be like "look, I care about you but stalking my phone is making me second guess this relationship. Either you trust me or we've got bigger issues." Get on the same page or it'll just smother the fun out of being together.

Don't let any dude make you question yourself or feel bad about your friends! You do you, girl. If he can't deal, next! You don't need that possessive BS.

Ask him what his motive is with this information. If he has a right to ask, you also have a right to ask him questions. With his answer on why this information is so important for him to know will get you a better answer on whether or not he’s being possessive. Possessive people rarely have rational answers to support their behaviors. ( just a hint I’ll throw out there for you)

It’s possessive after up to you stay or leave i like possessive guys so it don’t dusturb me but it’s a personnal descision

Definitely tell him what you think! It sounds like he has big insercurities though, so be careful how you go about it. If he keeps this up, you should leave him asap! A person this possesive will only give you more headaches in the future. Please don't stay with him thinking he is going to change. 🥲
